Training Coordinator

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support employee training and development initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing administrative logistics, maintaining training records, and ensuring a smooth experience for both employees and facilitators.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and meetings
• Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications
• Prepare training materials, presentations, reports, and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate training records, databases, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, trainers, and managers regarding training schedules and logistics
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires including orientation scheduling and materials preparation
• Assist with tracking training completion, certifications, and employee participation
• Coordinate travel arrangements, room bookings, catering, and virtual meeting logistics when needed
• Support ongoing process improvements and administrative projects related to learning and development initiatives
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and internal systems to manage reporting and day-to-day coordination

Qualifications:

• 2 years of administrative, training coordination, HR support, or corporate support experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Experience supporting onboarding, training programs, or employee development initiatives is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
