This role will be based out of either Tempe, AZ or New Castle, DE. Sr Linux/VMware Administrator – Job Details Provide Linux RHEL support and VMware support in a large complex environment. Includes on-call support. Mandatory to have RHEL 6.x – RHEL 7.x. Sr Linux/VMware Administrator – Mandatory Skills Red Hat Linux 7 - RHCSA - RHEL 6.x – RHEL 7.x or RHCE certification; Linux scripting skills such as bash, perl, shell scripting, etc. VMware ESXi 5.x – 6.x (VMware certification preferred). Firewall/Networking/IT Security exposure & troubleshooting Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically (Email, Instant Messaging, etc.) Previous experience working in a virtual team environment Desired, but not mandatory: Vmware SRM 5.x - 6.x; RHN Satellite 5.x – 6.x; Windows Systems Administration; AIX Administration Exposure to EMC Storage – Unisphere VMAX, RecoverPoint Exposure to Cisco MDS SAN switches Exposure to Cisco UCS Exposure to Red Hat Clustering Exposure to Dell hardware Sr Linux/VMware Administrator – Start Date ASAP Sr Linux/VMware Administrator – Assignment Length 12+ months Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
