Supply Chain Specialist Full Time Irving, TX, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1089 Salary Range: $17.00 To $22.00 Hourly Supply Chain Specialist - Grand Prairie Job Summary : The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting daily logistics and warehouse operations and serves as the primary liaison between SENA Technologies and its third-party logistics (3PL) provider. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, facilitates effective cross-functional communication, and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary point of contact for daily operations and communications with the 3PL warehouse. Coordinate logistics requirements with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure seamless execution. Communicate daily activities and ad hoc requests with 3PL partners to support timely order processing and shipment. Gather and disseminate planning and scheduling information between internal departments and external partners. Assist in the development, revision, and maintenance of supply chain workflows and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating as necessary. Leverage ERP system data to support inventory management, order tracking, and performance reporting. Perform other duties and projects as assigned in support of supply chain operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP or CRM systems (NetSuite experience preferred). Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics in a supply chain or logistics environment. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
