Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning materials to ensure continuous availability
• Follow established safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating cleaning equipment
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for swift resolution
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used to ensure accountability and inventory control
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as scheduled or requested by management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and efficiency in completing tasks
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout shifts
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled hours
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling procedures and safety protocols is a plus
• Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is advantageous
