• Multi-specialty, outpatient-only clinic
• Join a collegial team including:
  • 1 Family Medicine Physician
  • 1 Internal Medicine Physician
  • 5 Advanced Practice Providers
  • 4 Pediatricians
  • 1 Clinical Psychologist, 5 LCSWs, and 4 PMHNPs
• On-site subspecialty support including:
  • Cardiology
  • Medical Oncology
  • Neurology & Neurosurgery
  • Ophthalmology
  • Orthopedics
  • Podiatry
  • Vascular Surgery
• Additional on-site services:
  • Pharmacy
  • Imaging Center (Ultrasound, X-ray)

• Average daily volume: patients
• EPIC electronic medical record system

• Outpatient clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• 5-day work week , with a dedicated half-day for administrative time
