Job Summary We are seeking experienced Banker Positions, including Client Service Representative and New Accounts banking professionals, for a opportunity in Los Altos, CA. Key Responsibilities Open and maintain consumer and business checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, and related banking products. Process new account transactions, teller transactions, account maintenance requests, and customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. Recommend and cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs while supporting branch growth goals. Ensure account documentation is complete, accurate, and properly uploaded into the core banking system. Maintain compliance with Bank Secrecy Act requirements, information security standards, and applicable banking regulations. Partner with branch team members to provide excellent customer service and resolve account issues in person and by phone. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
