Senior Healthcare Analyst

Position Title Senior Healthcare Analyst Position Details Anticipated End Date: 2026-06-30. Location and Working Hours This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. How You Will Make an Impact Prepares analytical data sets in support of demonstrating the value of palliative care programs to clients. Builds, tests, and validates value quantification methods and assumptions used in analyses. Publishes results and addresses constraints/limitations with business partners. Proactively collaborates with business partners to determine KPIs and value stories. Proactively collaborates with business partners to identify opportunities to drive process & outcome (quality & cost) improvements for clients. Designs modeling studies to address specific business issues determined in consultation with business partners. Minimum Requirements MS, MA, or PhD with concentration in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, cognitive science, economics, or operations research. Minimum of 3 years direct experience programming large, multi-source datasets with SAS. Minimum of 3 years in a health care setting; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences SQL skills required. Experience with other programming languages such as Python preferred. Proven ability to design and execute root‑cause analyses. Significant experience in healthcare analytics required; specifically healthcare claims analyses and population health strongly preferred. Ability to present meaningful results to a business audience and to participate collaboratively in a team tasked with producing complex analyses on a rigorous schedule. Dashboard design skills and experience using BI software such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker strongly preferred. Experience with data models and addressing data quality issues in analyses preferred. Experience constructing robust and efficient analytical data sets preferred.
