MPC is committed to identifying and treating the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms, delivering care through a collaborative, patient-centered clinical team.What You'll DoAs the RN Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily clinical and operational functions of the practice, ensuring the staffing, training, and regulatory infrastructure needed to support procedural volume and exceptional patient care.Supervise clinical staff and foster a positive, collaborative work environmentSupport strong patient, employee, and physician relationshipsEnsure staff maintain required licensure, certifications, and competenciesCoordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources to meet procedural demandOversee employee orientation, training, competency validation, and performance evaluationsReview complaints and lead root-cause analyses and QAPI initiativesEnsure timely completion of required daily, quarterly, annual, and QAPI reportsMaintain compliance with CMS SOM, Joint Commission, and regulatory standardsOversee Life Safety, Radiation Safety, and Infection Control programsMaintain required logs, inspections, and safety/infection control documentationCoordinate safety meetings, drills, and staff education programsMonitor work email throughout the day and perform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical experience required (or equivalent combination of education/experience; senior-level experience may substitute)Current BLS certification requiredCurrent ACLS certification requiredInfection Preventionist certification preferred (must maintain if obtained)Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based applicationsSkills for SuccessStrong, decisive leadership with a talent for developing teamsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesSound judgment in quality improvement and regulatory complianceProactive, solution-oriented mindsetProfessionalism and accountability in a fast-paced healthcare settingBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance | Short- and long-term disability | Life & AD&D insurance | HSA | 401(k) retirement plan | Paid time off & company-paid holidays | Wellness tools | Bonusly employee recognition platform | DailyPay on-demand pay accessJoin Our TeamIf you're looking for a leadership opportunity where you can develop teams, drive operational excellence, and help deliver outstanding patient care, all while enjoying a predictable weekday schedule, we'd love to hear from you!An Equal Opportunity EmployerWe do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
