Job Description Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 annually + bonus opportunities
- Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Collaborate with a team to handle incoming client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage renewals and focus on retaining existing business.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for personal lines accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business (approximately 35% of daily responsibilities).
- Work with carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Ohio Mutual, and Cincinnati.
- Participate in local client meetings and build strong client relationships.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Proficiency with EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a people person.
- Energetic, tech-savvy, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work onsite with potential for increased flexibility after one year.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
