Government Credentialing Specialist

Government Credentialing Specialist (Multiple Openings) Location: Midwest US (Indianapolis, Detroit, Minneapolis Metro & Milwaukee) Pay: $16-$19/hour, depending on experience/location We're building a talent pipeline for an anticipated government support contract and are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support secure credentialing and enrollment operations, across multiple locations. These positions are contingent upon contract award. These roles are fully onsite , with openings in Indianapolis IN, Detroit MI, Minneapolis Metro MN , & Milwaukee WI What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service while assisting applicants through the credentialing process. Schedule appointments, assist walk‑in visitors, and respond to phone and email inquiries. Review documents for accuracy and maintain confidential records. Use attention to detail to enter data and maintain tracking spreadsheets. Support credential enrollments, activations, certificate updates, and PIN resets. Resolve customer concerns professionally while following established security procedures. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Customer service, administrative, credentialing, or records management experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Adaptable, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities. Physical Requirements Primarily seated office work with frequent computer use. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
