We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who leads with integrity, values their team, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- A genuine care for team development and culture
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and guest satisfaction through strong daily operations
- Create a positive and supportive work environment for team members
- Support both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations to maintain quality and consistency
- Coach and develop team members
- P&L and KPI management
- Maintain high operational and hospitality standards throughout the restaurant
