Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Rotating schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting during day shift hours
• Manage a patient assignment at a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Professional appearance; solid color scrubs required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced acute care or hospital environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
