We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our therapy team in a day spa setting. This role involves providing professional massage therapy services to clients, focusing on promoting relaxation, relieving pain, and improving overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs
- Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate therapy techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment following sanitation practices
- Collaborate effectively with other therapy team members
- Manage appointment schedules to ensure timely service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Massage Therapy or related field
- Georgia Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage techniques
- Strong client assessment skills
- Knowledge of anatomy relevant to massage therapy
- Effective communication and empathy
- Time management skills
- Adherence to sanitation practices
