Pay Rate: Salary $87,360 USD

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ADON to join our team at Absolut Care of Aurora Park. As a leader in long-term care, we are committed to providing exceptional resident care and service. Our ADON will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality care and support to our residents, while also fostering a positive culture and work environment for our staff.

About the Role:

As an ADON at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our skilled nursing facility. This includes:

• Leadership: Supervise and mentor an interdisciplinary team of caregivers, including nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other support staff.

• Quality Care: Ensure that our residents receive high-quality, person-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences.

• Staff Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including administration, nursing, and activities, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensing, certification, and accreditation processes.

• Infection Control: Implement and monitor infection control practices to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (n/a)

• Experience: 5 years of experience in long-term care or a related field

• Certifications: Current RN Liscense
