- Experience: Minimum 1 year in adolescent psychiatry preferred
- Pay Package: $273/hour
- Night Call: $750/night
- Weekly Pay: Via direct deposit
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure and travel reimbursement, referral bonus program, 24/7 support team
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning for adolescent patients
- Manage a caseload of 6-12 patients per day, including medication management and therapy
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Cover weekend rounding and weekday night-call shifts, including admissions
- Document patient care and communicate with families and healthcare team members
- Ensure adherence to legal and safeguarding protocols for adolescent patients
- Participate in ongoing clinical and team meetings
Required:
- BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or BC in General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
- Experience managing psychiatric medications for children and adolescents
- Strong foundation in adolescent development and family systems
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and diverse patient backgrounds
- Experience in adolescent behavioral management
- Leadership or supervisory experience within clinical teams
