Job Summary Are you a skilled landscaper ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Crew Lead to join our growing team. This isn't just a maintenance job; you could be leading projects ranging from intricate garden installs and minor tree care to building custom patios, decks, and retaining walls.

As a Crew Lead, you will be the "anchor" on the job site—managing a team, operating machinery, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. If you are looking for a company that values growth, variety, and year-round stability (including winter snow operations), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a crew of landscape workers, providing on-site direction and constructive feedback to ensure high-quality results.
• Project Execution: Lead the installation and maintenance of diverse landscape projects, including softscapes, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Carpentry & Hardscaping: Lead/assist in build and maintain outdoor structures, including custom decks and fences, patios and more!
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including skid loaders, excavators, tractors, non-CDL dump trucks, and snow plows.
• Specialized Maintenance: Perform professional tree care (pruning/trimming) and general groundskeeping.
• Client Relations: Act as a professional point of contact for customers on-site, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Winter Operations: Lead snow removal efforts during the winter season, adapting to weather-dependent schedules to keep our clients safe.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years Experience: Proven experience in professional landscaping and hardscaping. Prior leadership or foreman experience is required.
• Machine Proficiency: Ability to operate (or quickly learn to operate) skid steers, excavators, and snow removal equipment.
• Versatility: Comfortable switching between "hands-on" labor and "eyes-on" supervision.
• Reliability: Must be available for a standard M-F 8am–5pm schedule give or take as needed, with flexibility for weather-related changes and occasional Saturdays.
• Professionalism: A clean-cut, professional demeanor when interacting with clients and representing the company.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Full-Time: Year-round work available.
• Spring/Summer/Fall: Typical hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours can vary. Occasional work on Saturdays.
• Winter: Schedule shifts to snow removal operations; hours are subject to change based on weather events.
• Growth: We are looking for someone willing to grow and learn as the company expands.
