- General maintenance skills including painting, light plumbing, basic electrical troubleshooting, and general repair

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This full-time handyman position with weekends required.
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, each day is filled with new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills. You spend your day conducting regular inspections of the hotel's facilities and identifying any issues or repairs needed. You also perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing problems, repairing electrical systems, and conducting minor carpentry work. Using your great time management skills, you respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and team members, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You also keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment repairs, and inventory management. By collaborating with other departments, you ensure the smooth operation of the hotel and address any maintenance-related concerns.
