Email and SMS Marketing Specialist

Owning the execution of both email and SMS marketing channels, the remote Email and SMS Marketing Specialist will manage creative testing, cadence, and compliance while addressing inbox-placement issues and building a new SMS program from the ground up. Key responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end email program, including creative testing and segmentation execution Develop and launch Twin's first SMS marketing program on the existing Braze platform, ensuring compliance with legal requirements Design and implement A/B tests for email and SMS campaigns, logging decisions for future optimization Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation, preferably with Braze or a similar platform Direct experience in launching or scaling an SMS program, including knowledge of consent and TCPA compliance Strong understanding of deliverability and inbox-placement mechanics Experience with lead-level data and campaign reporting in a CRM and marketing automation platform Ability to execute within a channel strategy set by others, rather than creating standalone strategies
