This groundbreaking program is the first of its kind in the state, offering transitional housing to those in need. As our Counselor/Social Worker, you won't be just an observer; you'll be an active participant in improving lives. Working hand in hand with Bernalillo County Staff, Tiny Homes Village Administrator, UNM Program Manager, and Case Managers, you'll provide essential services. This includes conducting psychosocial assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans, and leading empowering individual and group therapy sessions. Your expertise will directly impact the healing and personal growth of our residents, particularly those facing high-needs challenges, such as Substance Use Disorder and co-occurring Mental Health conditions.

In this role, we're not just looking for professionals; we're seeking passionate advocates who embrace innovative approaches like Trauma-Informed Care Practices, Motivational Interviewing, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
