Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

⏰ Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Assignment: 13-Week Travel Contract

✨ Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team for a rewarding 13-week travel assignment . This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated PT who is passionate about helping patients improve mobility, regain strength, reduce pain, and achieve greater independence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance activities, and other appropriate interventions.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, safety, and home programs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.

• Promote patient safety and ensure adherence to clinical and facility standards.

• Help patients maximize functional ability, independence, and overall quality of life.

✅ Requirements

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license .

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Previous professional PT experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Commitment to completing the full 13-week assignment .
