Vice President of Wellness

Govig Healthcare Group, the premier executive search firm specializing in the Senior Housing industry, is seeking a Vice President of Wellness for a growing senior living organization in Northern California . This is an opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to shape wellness services across an established portfolio while supporting future community development. This person will have the opportunity to strengthen clinical practices, develop partnerships, and introduce innovative wellness offerings. Key Responsibilities Standardize clinical and wellness processes across the portfolio. Partner with community leadership to support clinical practices, resident care, and operational consistency. Establish relationships with visiting physicians, therapy providers, and other clinical service partners. Develop community-specific plans to implement and strengthen those partnerships. Help design and introduce wellness services as the organization grows. Provide practical guidance and hands-on community support when needed. Collaborate with executive leadership to align wellness initiatives with the organization's growth plans. Ideal Candidate Must be a Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience in senior living. Experience overseeing multiple communities at the regional, divisional, or vice president level. Understanding of resident acuity and clinical operations within senior living and continuing care retirement communities. Ability to build consistent processes while adapting to individual community needs. Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence and support teams across multiple locations. Innovative mindset and enthusiasm for developing new programs and services. Willingness to remain hands-on and work closely with community teams. Strong regional or divisional leaders ready to step into a VP role are encouraged to apply. Location and Travel Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Northern California. Limited travel.
