Warehouse Associate/Material Handler

Operations Operator

Join our warehouse team as an Operations Operator and help us deliver excellence every day. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, safety-focused environment and takes pride in getting the job done right. What will you do?

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Perform material put-away, replenishment, picking, and shipping activities.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse and production areas using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Support production by delivering materials to the point of use.
• Complete inventory transactions accurately in SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material movement and cycle count support.
• Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse operating procedures.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with a focus on safety, quality, and customer service.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Forklift driver certified preferred.
• Experience using SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems for inventory transactions.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production replenishment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse activities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable team player who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively.
• Adaptable mindset with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $20-22/hr. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
