Digital Strategy Manager

Supporting innovative digital experiences, the full-time salaried Assistant Site Functionality Manager will drive the execution of site functionality projects across Sephora's website and app, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the client experience. Key responsibilities: Support the execution of Site Functionality roadmap projects from planning through launch and measurement Assist in feature prioritization, market research, and A/B testing initiatives while coordinating project execution Analyze digital performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities, advocating for the client experience Required qualifications: 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital strategy, or related fields Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization strategies, and digital analytics platforms Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
