Quality Technician

Position – Quality Technician
Job Location – Lomira, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8:00am – 4:30pm)
Starting Pay –$23.00
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Experience – At least 3 - 5 years of experience
Responsibilities
-Assist with inspecting and sampling the entire manufacturing process to ensure compliance.
-Support AS9100 Audits with the Quality Manager
-Working knowledge of electronics
-Read and follow schematics and interpret wiring diagrams
-Support the Conflict Mineral Surveys for Major Customers
Qualifications
-Trained in AS9100 or ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements
-IPC-A-610 Soldering Inspection
-Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) policy and procedures
