IDD Program Manager III

IDD Program Manager III – Regular We are hiring for an IDD Program Manager III to oversee and coordinate individualized care plans for people with intellectual, developmental disabilities, mental health and substance use challenges. The role reports to the Administrator and involves clinical collaboration, supervision, training, financial oversight, health and safety, and program assessment. Responsibilities Supervise, integrate, and manage individual care plans; record progress and initiate periodic reviews. Investigate, modify, and adjust care plans as needed. Collaborate with medical and clinical team members to ensure effective service delivery. Oversee hiring, training, and performance of direct‑care staff and other clinical professionals. Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; motivate, discipline, and promote staff. Manages financial aspects of program operations, monitor budgetary costs and expenditures. Coordinate health and safety investigations, including incident reporting and compliance with Human Rights and safety protocols. Conduct progress assessments, reviews, and support documentation for reimbursement purposes. Maintain on‑site presence in residential homes to ensure policy, procedure, and data accuracy. Perform other duties as assigned related to program quality and service delivery. Qualifications Master’s degree in a human services field preferred; bachelor’s degree required. Minimum one year of full‑time post‑bachelor’s experience with populations served (mh/dd/sa). Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and judgment with limited direction. Ability to supervise multiple staff levels and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
