Job Responsibilities Provides leadership to the team ensuring positive patient experiences Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patients’ needs Application of dental treatment modalities for prevention of dental diseases Treatment of dental disease Restoration of defective or decayed teeth Creation of restorations, crowns, bridges or dentures Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity Performance of surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity Educates patient in oral and dental hygiene Manages cases presenting with out‑of‑the‑ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral problems Job Requirements Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin Completed a pediatric dentistry residency Upholds a positive and charismatic chairside manner Maintains a strong dedication and commitment to quality patient care Strongly values continuing education and personal development #J-18808-Ljbffr
