**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum Experience Required: 2 Years in a Level I trauma center - Trauma Level I Experience: Required - Travel Experience: Required - Scrub experience: Required - Travel Experience Required: Yes - Neuro Experience: Required - Adult Experience OK - Trauma experience preferably in a Level I trauma center **Certification Requirements:** - Basic Life Support (BLS): Required **Licensure:** - Indiana Licensure: Must be in hand prior to start date **Other Requirements:** - IN LICENSE AND CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUBMIT - Must have worked with surgery cases: General, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Plastics, ENT - Equipment experience: Stealth, DaVinci, ROSA **Additional Details:** - **Special Skills Required**: Competency in the following procedures and skills: Abdominoplasty, ALIF, Ambulatory OR, Anterior cervical fusion, Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction, Appendectomy, Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Breast augmentation, Central venous line insertion/removal, Cholecystectomy, Club foot, Colon resection, Colostomy/Ileostomy, Craniotomy, Cystoscopy, EGD, Flexible sigmoidoscopy, General OR, Hernia repair, Juvenile bunion, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy, Laparoscopy, Mastectomy, Myringotomy with tubes, Nephrectomy, Open reduction of fractures, Peg tube placement, Prostatectomy, Radical neck dissection, Spinal bifida repair, Spinal fusion, Thyroidectomy, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Total joint replacement, Tracheostomy, Transurethral resection of the prostate, and others as listed separately. - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Charting System Experience: Preferred with Cerner - Pediatric Experience required: neonates, infants, toddlers, child, adolescent, and some adults. **Break and Contract Policies:** - Consecutive Contract Policy: Must take a break after 12 months of travel employment within IU Health. - Out-of-state residents: Require a 3-month/90-day break to reset eligibility. - In-state residents: Require a 6-month/180-day break to reset eligibility. **Preferred Experience:** - Level 1 trauma experience preferred - Charting System Experience: Cerner (Preferred)
