Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to facilitate mental wellness and emotional healing.

• Encourage open discussions about clients’ feelings, thoughts, and experiences, helping them gain insight into their relationships and coping strategies.

• Advocate for clients during their therapeutic journey by helping them to establish achievable goals reflecting their aspirations and challenges.

• Assess clients’ mental health status, formulate tailored treatment plans, and implement evidence-based strategies aimed at resolution and healing.

• Utilize our therapy platform to manage client interactions, including messaging, follow-ups, and record-keeping without the burden of excessive paperwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are screened for stability and are primarily adults with low acuity needs. This thoughtful matching process ensures that you will be working with individuals who align with your specialties and demographic preferences, providing a meaningful therapy experience tailored to meet their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, unrestricted license by the state board, ensuring that you are in good standing to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, patience, and active listening.

• Proficient in technology and comfortable operating within a virtual therapy environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, with a proven track record of client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we offer a competitive sign-on bonus, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, and direct deposit payments on a weekly basis.
