Sales Representative & Trainer Serve, Mentor, and Make an Impact
Company: Compass Business Group
Pay: $85,000$105,000 per year (draw pay, commissions, bonuses)
Schedule: MondayFriday, weekends as needed
Location: In-person | Local B2B and individual sales

About the Role
At Compass Business Group, we're seeking mission-driven professionals who thrive on guiding, coaching, and developing others . If you're an EMT, firefighter, or first responder, you're already skilled at teaching, leading, and supporting your team under pressure and that same talent can create a fulfilling civilian career.

As a Sales Representative & Trainer, you'll train and mentor new teammates , sharing your knowledge, strategies, and insights to help them succeed. At the same time, you'll build relationships with clients and provide supplemental insurance solutions that protect families and businesses. This is a career where your ability to teach, support, and inspire others is just as important as the results you achieve , and where helping others grow is a core part of your mission.

Your Mission

Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners and clients
Conduct individual and group presentations (150+ attendees) to deliver tailored solutions
Mentor and support new team members, helping them develop skills and confidence
Manage appointments, follow-ups, and schedules with professionalism and precision
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve team and personal goals

Licensed in Health & Life Insurance (or willing to obtain)
