About the Practice
Join a growing, hospital-employed Neurosurgery practice within a 571-bed tertiary care hospital, supported by a strong network of nearly 500 physicians. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a surgeon seeking a spine-focused practice with immediate volume and long-term stability.
Practice Highlights
- Team of three (3) full-time surgeons and four (4) NPRs
- 16 OR suites, dedicated block time weekly
- Spine heavy practice; 80% spine, 20% cranial
- Average 10-15 patients in office on clinic days
- No trauma
Compensation & Benefits
- $850,000 guaranteed base + RVU production + paid call
