OBGYN Opportunity in El Paso, TX--- Position OverviewFull-time, permanent OBGYN position BE/BC required Hospital-employed role Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Call: Rotating call for group patients No ED call (covered by OB Hospitalist group) Deliveries: 10–15 per month initially, with volume growth expected after 12–14 months Clinic Volume: 30–35 patients per day New 30-bed NICU opened November 2023 Compensation: Salary guarantee plus wRVUs --- Community HighlightsEl Paso offers scenic mountain views, rich cultural history, and 320 days of sunshine annually.
