Our organization, a physician-led community hospital located in South Texas, is in search of an exceptional Urologist to expand a thriving service line in a culturally rich area with no existing competition.
Opportunity Overview:- 93-bed, Not-For-Profit facility, recognized as a level IV trauma center
- 25 referring physicians eager for your expertise, with no competing practices
- Schedule includes 2 blocked operating room days for surgeries and 2.5 days dedicated to clinic work
- A balanced mix of standard urology cases, with the opportunity to incorporate additional clinical interests!
- Three-year salary guarantee, along with call pay and a quality incentive bonus
- Production bonus based on wRVU, plus a 10% quality bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package: 6 weeks of paid time off and $5,000 for continuing medical education
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
