Power Health Colorado is growing, and were building something different.
We are a multidisciplinary injury care practice focused on doing rehab the right way for patients and for providers. Our team includes physicians, PAs, PTs, PTAs, chiropractors, massage therapists, and case managers, all working together under one roof to improve the lives of the patients who see us.
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be part of that team and culture. Whether you are a new grad and want to learn the right way, or an experienced clinician tired of how most clinics operate, we want to hear from you.
This role is based in our Commerce City clinic with a transition into our upcoming Brighton location.
What Youll Be Doing
Evaluate and treat patients primarily with musculoskeletal pathology, both in personal injury and workers compensation cases
Build your own individualized treatment plans that make sense clinically, not just check insurance boxes
Part of multidisciplinary team working closely with medical providers, chiropractors, and case managers to coordinate and improve patient care
Help guide patients through recovery from acute injuries to full function
Maintain clear, defensible documentation
Be part of a team that prioritizes outcomes, communication, and doing rehabilitation right

What You Need
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active Colorado license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills with patients and team
Willingness to learn (if new) or help lead (if experienced)
