Shot Cart Operator – The Mexicano

Do you love creating unforgettable guest experiences? Are you energetic, outgoing, and comfortable being the center of attention? The Mexicano is looking for a Shot Cart Operator to bring the fun tableside and keep the party going!

As a Shot Cart Operator, you'll interact with guests throughout the restaurant, showcase our signature shots, build excitement, and deliver an elevated entertainment experience that perfectly matches The Mexicano's vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Navigate the restaurant with our signature shot cart.
Engage guests in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
Promote and sell featured shots and specialty beverages.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest interactions.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, spirits, and promotions.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all liquor laws.
Keep the shot cart clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maximize guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Outgoing, confident personality with excellent people skills.
Ability to create excitement and connect with guests.
Previous restaurant, nightlife, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Current Title 4 Alcohol Certification and Food Handler Card
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Previous bartending/serving experience is a plus!
