Shot Cart Operator – The Mexicano
Do you love creating unforgettable guest experiences? Are you energetic, outgoing, and comfortable being the center of attention? The Mexicano is looking for a Shot Cart Operator to bring the fun tableside and keep the party going!
As a Shot Cart Operator, you'll interact with guests throughout the restaurant, showcase our signature shots, build excitement, and deliver an elevated entertainment experience that perfectly matches The Mexicano's vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities- Navigate the restaurant with our signature shot cart.
- Engage guests in a fun, energetic, and professional manner.
- Promote and sell featured shots and specialty beverages.
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and memorable guest interactions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, spirits, and promotions.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all liquor laws.
- Keep the shot cart clean, stocked, and presentation-ready.
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Outgoing, confident personality with excellent people skills.
- Ability to create excitement and connect with guests.
- Previous restaurant, nightlife, hospitality, or promotional experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Current Title 4 Alcohol Certification and Food Handler Card
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous bartending/serving experience is a plus!
