We're seeking compassionate, motivated Physical Therapy Assistants who are passionate about helping patients improve their mobility, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Serving: Pembroke Pines, Stuart, Port St. Lucie, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Greenacres, Palm Beach Gardens, Lake Park, Loxahatchee, Boca Raton & surrounding areas Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care Qualifications Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while effectively managing a caseload Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Home health experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Join Our Team?
