Manage electronic health records (EHR) and organize medical records. Educate patients on medical procedures, tests, and medication administration. Coordinate referrals, verify insurance coverage, and process insurance claims. Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and organization of the medical office. Communicate effectively with patients, medical staff, and other professionals. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Address patient concerns and provide accurate answers to medical questions.
