Customer Care Associate

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Starting $50,000 per year Core Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST As a Customer Care Associate , you will work in a collaborative environment that will allow you to be part of a team of energetic individuals and free thinkers. You will receive hands-on training that will empower you to provide a knowledgeable customer service experience. This fast-paced environment offers a prosperous career path in an open and inviting environment. This role will be onsite 5 days/week in our Reston, VA office. Training will be conducted onsite, Monday through Friday, at our Reston, VA office. After training is completed, the role will transition to a hybrid 40-hour workweek that includes onsite weekdays and remote weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday, based on business needs. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls to assist our homeowners with various warranty concerns Understand each customer’s individual needs and determine the best course of action Communicate clearly any next steps and help manage expectations Fully document each call accordingly Build rapport and manage relationships over the phone What We Look For in a Candidate 1-3 years of experience in customer service Proficient typing skills Demonstrated ability to interact with customers Experience working in a phone-based/call center environment is a plus Life at NVR As the parent company of Ryan Homes , NVHomes and Heartland Homes , NVR is committed to your success and we will give you the tools, training, and industry knowledge you need to excel and thrive.
