The Neighborhood Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the 24-hour clinical care of residents and supervises all clinical team members in partnership with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a healthcare setting, required
• Previous experience working with the senior population in a healthcare setting, required
• Licensed by the Commonwealth of PA as a Registered Nurse in good standing, required
• Current CPR/AED certificate, required
• Strong planning and organizational skills, required
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, guests, families, and team members, required
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines required
• Proven problem-solving skills, required
• Positive attitude with a focus on promoting teamwork and maintaining a supportive work environment, required
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite, required
