Your Role - What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests-from chemistry to immunology-adhere strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure your lab instruments receive proper maintenance and calibration.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for a variety of tests as required.
• Document all laboratory procedures thoroughly, take charge in training new employees or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, is preferred alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
