Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Colorado SLPA licensure is required
• Clinical expertise in pediatric speech language pathology, with experience in school settings preferred
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Experience delivering therapy onsite and/or via teletherapy is valued
• Strong communication skills to engage with students, families, and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and current technology
