It is our mission to offer our residents the best possible lifestyle while they call our properties home. Our company is currently in search of a Bookkeeper to join our team. This position requires expertise in payroll processing, accounts receivable, and monthly closing duties for our properties located across the Southeast. Our ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience working with small businesses and possess secondary education in Business, Accounting or other related fields. Qualified applicants must have exceptional knowledge of QuickBooks software and be an expert with Excel. The main responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Full Cycle Payroll Processing Accounts Receivable Financial Statement Review and Preparation Monthly Closing including Journal Entries and Reconciliations Other Special Projects Assigned by Management We welcome all qualified applicants to apply online.
