NOW HIRING - ALL POSITIONS

Open Positions

We are currently hiring for all front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including:

Front of House

• Guest Service Team Member

• Cashier / Order Taker

• Food Runner / Expo

• Dining Room Attendant

• Shift Lead

Back of House & Leadership

• Line Cook

• Prep Cook

• Dishwasher / Kitchen Support

• Kitchen Manager (Chef)

• Assistant General Manager

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome

• Reliability and a team-first mindset

• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus - but not required, we'll train the right people

• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for select leadership roles)

Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

REQUIREMENTS

Prior customer service experience
A true "people person"providing exceptional and gracious service
Experience working with a Point of Sale system
Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Competency in counting money and processing payments
Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
A genuine commitment to excellence and success

We're opening a brand-new location in Davidson, NC, and we're looking for passionate, people-first individuals to join us from the ground up.
