Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

You have a noticeable passion for results and are ready for a new challenge. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. Responsibilities: Achieves &/or exceeds targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing sales Develops & builds professional relationships with key HCPs in assigned geography Responsible for product promotion/sales volume & clinical reinforcement Drives appropriate utilization of product while working closely with other commercial associates to generate pull through within local payers & community HCPs Leverages insights & knowledge of therapeutic, market, & competitor information to effectively manage business & challenges Handle inbound queries & requests from clinicians & office stakeholders Offer service & support to office stakeholders Requirements: 1+ years of business to business sales experience OR 1+ years pharmaceutical sales experience Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication Proven track record of success in exceeding results Strong communication & clinical selling skills Syneos Health companies are affirmative action/equal opportunity employers (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled) The benefits for this position will include a competitive compensation package, Health benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, Company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time.
