Position Overview Northeast Family Services is seeking a RBT to join our growing team. The RBT will implement clients’ behavior support plans to decrease problematic behavior and provide ABA‑based instruction to promote development of new skills, under the direction of a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities include monitoring client behavior, collecting data, reporting to the BCBA, and collaborating with the BCBA and client’s family to support meaningful changes in client behavior. Qualifications Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the BACB – REQUIRED Minimum of 5 years of experience – REQUIRED (working with persons with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional age youth, or families, and experience with adolescents requiring comprehensive level care) Availability to work early afternoon hours (e.g., 1:30–4:00) – REQUIRED Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Experience implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings (preferred) Effective written and verbal communication skills A compassionate approach to care Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available Access to a laptop or computer, high‑speed secure internet, and a phone required Benefits Summer Fun Fridays – early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day High‑quality supervision of fieldwork for BCBA or BCaBA candidates; a two‑year contract offered after successful completion Hands‑on training with ongoing clinical support from a supervising BCBA Access to multiple free monthly professional development training activities on relevant topics Individualized supervision focused on professional goals and skill advancement Access to company technology, with a productivity agreement of 20+ hours per week Tuition reimbursement program available to eligible employees Flexible schedule built to meet staff needs Compensation Starting rate of $25 per hour Competitive fee‑for‑service rates Potential for full‑time hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
