Project Executive (Healthcare)

Experience: Director Salary: $150,000 - $215,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare/medical construction projects and be able to lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new healthcare construction projects Lead the preconstruction estimating process to develop accurate and competitive project bids Manage the overall project budget, schedule, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards Manage project risk and identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management Strong business development and client relationship management skills Experience with preconstruction estimating and budget management Knowledge of medical facilities and healthcare construction regulations and standards Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software About Us Based in the Chicagoland area, we are a mid‑sized general contractor with decades of industry excellence behind us.
