Vitality Medical Wellness Institute is a premier concierge precision medicine practice in Charlotte, NC. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Jeffrey M. Galvin — board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Obesity Medicine, former Major in the U.S. Air Force, and a nationally recognized speaker on longevity medicine and Medicine 3.0 — we help executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals reverse chronic disease, optimize hormones and metabolism, and build personalized roadmaps for exceptional longevity.

We do not bill insurance. We do not rush patients. We go deep.

You will join a diverse team of experienced clinical staff who work together to support the success of every patient.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be the primary accountability partner for a select group of highly motivated patients — coaching them through functional nutrition, fitness, lifestyle optimization, and behavior change using state-of-the-art technology and clinical protocols Dr. Galvin has developed over 16 years of practice.

Beyond coaching, you'll receive comprehensive hands-on clinical training across a full range of procedures: vital signs, IM/SQ injections, phlebotomy, PFTs, DEXA scans, VO2 max, RMR testing, and more. You will be a genuine clinical team member — not an observer.

✔ THIS ROLE IS IDEAL IF YOU:

• Have 4+ years of health coaching or personal training experience

• Hold a respected certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or equivalent)

• Are genuinely passionate about longevity, metabolic health, or functional medicine

• Build client relationships that produce real, lasting results

• Are organized, detail-oriented, and never drop the ball on follow-through

• Thrive in high-standards environments and want to be held to one

Bonus: experience in a clinical or medically adjacent setting; familiarity with CGM data, DEXA, or metabolic testing; knowledge of GLP-1 therapies, hormones, or peptide protocols.
