Employee Referral Program Network of Support: Supervisors who care deeply about the participants and your wellbeing Job Security: A stable job at an established, growing company Learning and Development: We invest in your development and provide the tools and training you need to have a fulfilling career What You’ll Bring To Sevita Education: High School Diploma or equivalent , proof of education is required Age Requirement: Minimum 18yrs of age Experience: Six months of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral redirection supports; planning and implementing creative approaches to encourage active participation in the program as well as community; be actively moving throughout the day and occasionally lifting up to 50#, provide transpiration supports utilizing various road ways including Highways, Country, Cities; and have flexible availability to work between M-F 7a-5p.
