Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional capabilities within the academic environment
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support students' independence in school activities
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Provide direct therapy services as outlined in students' IEPs
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and track student outcomes
• Consult with educational staff on adaptive equipment, classroom accommodations, and academic modifications
• Stay informed of best practices and advancements in school-based OT services
