Sales Associate

Job Title: Sales Associate Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with clients, and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for selling and interacting with customers, as well as a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
• Stay informed about current sales and promotions to effectively promote products

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
