The group you’ll be a part ofThe Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.The impact you’ll makeAs a Lam Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Services Product Manager, you will be responsible for the products that enable re-use of spares parts, including repairs of RF generators and refurbishments of electrostatic chucks. You are both strategic and tactical. With your expertise in both business and operational domains, you will be a key contributor to the product line objectives of increasing market share and profitability. What you’ll doDefinition of the repair and refurb product strategy to address emerging aftermarket business opportunities. Create and own vision for improvments for repair and refurb infrastructure Development and release of new re-use functionality and delivery productsManagement of released re-use products in the Spares portfolioPartner closely with operations, Spares part family product managers, supply chain, marketing, business development, product groups, and engineering in this roleWho we’re looking forBachelors degree with 8-10 years’ experience in operations; or equivalent experienceExperience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning softwareExperience defining business processesAbility to articulate high level vision and advocate for your product Strong bias toward action with exceptional organizational skillExceptional analytical skillExceptional clear communication and presentation skillsComfortable traveling 10% of timePreferred qualificationsExperience leading cross functional teamsExperience in operations, especially in reverse logisticsExperience in the semiconductor wafer fab equipment industryExperience with complex problem-solving including clarification of symptoms and ability to highlight the fundamental root cause and necessary corrective actionsOur commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
